Payment Terms

• All utilities (electricity, water, gas and council tax) are included within the weekly rental, together with weekly maid service

• Sky and broadband costs are included within the weekly rental

• Full payment is due in advance of occupation

• A credit card number is required in advance as security for any losses or damage incurred during your stay

• Terms and Conditions will be sent with the booking confirmation

• A full inventory and appliance instructions are provided for each apartment

• All direct dial telephone charges are extra

• Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00

• There is no charge for reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice there is a cancellation fee of £80

• Rates are subject to VAT at 17.5% for the first 28 days. For continued occupation after 28 days, VAT is applied on only 20% of the weekly rate.

• The minimum booking period is 1 week (Monday to Friday)
